At CosplayAI, we value your trust. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can manage your information. We have designed our system to be as private as possible while still offering features like your personal Gallery history.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information to provide our services:
- Account Information: When you sign up via Google or Email, we collect your email address and a unique user identifier (UID) to secure your account and manage your credit balance.
- User Content (Images): We store the images you generate for your "My Creations" collections. These images are not used for any other purpose.
- Usage Data: We may collect anonymous data regarding feature usage (e.g., which styles are most popular) to improve the app experience.
2. How We Store Your Images
Unlike many other apps, we define strict boundaries on how your images are handled:
- Personal Gallery Storage: Your uploaded images and generated results are stored securely in a private cloud container (Google Firebase Storage) linked specifically to your User UID. This allows us to display your history and lets you edit previous works.
- No Public Sharing: We do not share your images publicly. They are only visible to you unless you explicitly choose to share them yourself.
- AI Processing: To generate results, your image is temporarily processed by our AI providers. These providers are contractually obligated not to use your images for training their public models without consent.
3. Third-Party Processors
We use trusted third-party services to operate the app:
- Google Firebase: For authentication, database management, and secure image storage.
- Stripe: For processing secure credit card payments. We do not store your financial information; it is handled directly by Stripe.
- Pexels API: Used for the "Discover" search feature. Search queries may be sent to Pexels to retrieve reference images.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
We believe in your right to be forgotten:
- Manual Deletion: You can delete any individual image from your history at any time using the "Delete" (Trash Can) button in the Gallery or Studio. This action permanently removes the file from our servers immediately.
- Account Deletion: You may request full account deletion by contacting support. This will wipe your credits, history, and all stored images.

1. Service Description
CosplayAI is an AI-powered image editing tool. We provide a platform for users to upload images and use generative AI to modify outfits, poses, backgrounds, and facial expressions.
2. Ownership & License
- Your Content: You retain full ownership of the images you upload.
- Generated Assets: Subject to applicable laws, you own the rights to the images you generate using CosplayAI.
- License to Us: By using the app, you grant CosplayAI a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process your images solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., displaying them in your Gallery/History).
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to generate:
- Content that is illegal, sexually explicit (NSFW), hateful, or violent.
- Deepfakes intended to deceive, harass, or defame others.
- Images infringing on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts found in violation of these rules.
4. Credits and Payments
- Currency: Services are purchased using "Credits".
- Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
- Refunds: Digital goods (Credits) are generally non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law. If you experience technical issues, please contact support immediately.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is". Artificial Intelligence is experimental. We cannot guarantee that every generation will be perfect, anatomically correct, or exactly as prompted. Occasional artifacts (e.g., distorted hands or eyes) are an inherent part of current AI technology and are not grounds for refunds.
6. Limitation of Liability
CosplayAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service or inability to access your history.
